The Downtown Sarasota Condominium Association (DSCA) is the only organization that represents the exclusive interests of the condominium associations and their residents that are within the broadly defined area referred to as Downtown.

Our members include Condominiums within the area bounded on the North by 14th Street, on the South by Bahia Vista, on the East by Washington Boulevard, and on the West by the Bayfront.
